1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
All software development, web design, API integration, and cloud DevOps services are executed according to the approved interactive digital proposal or written quotation agreed between Web Sync Zone and the Client.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer
Upon receipt of full final payment for a custom project, 100% of all bespoke source code, visual design assets, and database schemas are transferred directly to the Client without recurring software royalty restrictions.
3. Milestone Payment Schedule
Projects generally operate on milestone terms (e.g. 50% mobilization advance upon kickoff, and 50% final balance upon production deployment & client acceptance review).
4. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
Every deployment includes 30 days of complimentary technical warranty, bug fixing, and security monitoring to ensure smooth operations. Ongoing maintenance is covered under annual AMC retainers.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of West Bengal courts.
